From Germany to the whole world. We ship everywhere - except to protected areas. Through our store you can order your new plant directly to all EU countries.
If you live outside the EU, just contact us at support@plantmail.de or use our contact form. We will then contact you immediately and clarify everything necessary for the shipment. If you live in a country where you need a phytosanitary certificate for importation, we will be happy to issue it for you.

Shipping process to EU countrys

Shipping a plant always involves some effort. Especially if, like us at Plantmail, you want to take extra special care of your charges. Depending on the plant, the shipping preparations even differ slightly - depending on what is best for your new roommate.

After we receive your order, we prepare our plants for shipment on the following Monday or Tuesday. During busy periods, there may be a delay in the delivery of your order. However, we try to avoid this as much as possible.After we ship the plant, it should arrive within 3-7 business days. For very valuable plants we recommend express shipping (delivery time 1-2 business days). If there are any problems with the shipping, please feel free to contact us at any time at support@plantmail.de. We will help you as much as we can.

By the time your plant arrives at your home, it will have had a long and stressful journey. Please keep in mind that plants are living beings and they, like humans, can react to stress. So it is possible that your plant loses leaves due to the transport shock. This case can occur - but does not have to! Such damage will not be compensated by us. However, if the plant arrives already dead or dies within the next 14 days, you are covered by our money-back guarantee.

Shipping process to non EU countrys

Unfortunately, the regulations of the countries outside the EU differ so much that we cannot offer automated ordering via the store.
However, we are happy to accept your individual request. Just contact us at support@plantmail.de or use our contact form.
We will contact you as soon as possible to clarify everything necessary or to answer any questions you may have. Depending on where you live, we will issue a phytosanitary certificate upon request. This can take up to 14 days. After that we will ship your plant either bare root or in soil. This depends, among other things, on the regulations in the destination country.
Because plants are living beings, we only offer express shipping for all shipments outside the EU. Normally the plants will arrive in their new home in 3-5 days. Depending on the circumstances, the delivery may take a little longer.
But do not worry! If the plant dies in transit, we will replace it for you. You can learn more about that here.
